7 Simple Stress Busters

An article that I think can benefits all of us :)

Stress happens. No matter how organized you are, how good your systems are, or how friendly your work and living environments are, stress can find a way to poke its ugly head in from time to time. What can you do? Turn to a convenient Stress Buster – a small, simple activity that clears your head and calms you down. When you feel a stress attack coming on, it’s the perfect time to turn to one of these busters and kick that stress out the door.

Here are 7 of our favorite Stress Busters, but feel free to develop your own:

1. Take a walk
Want a break from the office? Does your house feel like an insane asylum? Slip out the door and let your feet take you somewhere. Not only will walking give you the opportunity to clear your head and take a break from that hectic situation, but it’s great aerobic exercise, too.

2. Call a friend
We all have someone whose voice alone perks us up. Give them a buzz, even for a few minutes. Whether with a joke or a funny story, or just by listening, they will likely put a smile on your face and calm you down. Besides, what are friends for?

3. Write in a journal
Expressing our feelings could be the best way to deal with stress. Keeping a journal is a way to capture those feelings at any moment. You don’t have to worry about what others think or say, just let your pen do the work. By the time you’re done, those feelings will be on their way out of your system.

4. Play a board game
Remember these? Maybe there are a dozen stashed in your closet, waiting to be dusted off. Monopoly probably should be saved until you have a few hours to spare, but quick kids’ games like Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders, Connect Four, or even Twister are always good for a smile.

5. Work up a sweat
Have some pent up frustrations? There’s no better way to get rid of them than by exercising. Pop in a workout tape, hop on your bike or grab your jump rope. You’ll be too busy working up a sweat to worry about what’s stressing you out. Picture the stress leaving your body through your pores.

6. Plan something fun
Is there a trip you want to take but never had time to get it together? Or a dinner you’ve always wanted to make? Now’s the time. Not only will you take your mind off things, but you’ll be spending time eagerly anticipating a great getaway or meal later. It’s a win-win situation.

7. Take a hot bath
A hot bath will initially give your body a kick, which in turn will give your mind a kick too – and then it’ll slow both down. Add bubbles and a few candles and you have the ultimate soothing atmosphere. A rubber ducky is optional.

16 random things

1) sangat suka membaca buku, skang ni more into buku2 motivation, self improvement. Juga chick lits yang sentiasa membuatkan aku berangan dan merasa masih ada lagi cinta yang indah dalam dunia :p

2) hobi sejak kecil, sangat sayang utk buang barang2. Selalu fikir yg baang2 tu maybe ada guna di masa depan. Dan sejak kecil juga, sgt dikenali d kalangan keluarga sebagai orang yg sgt pandai menjaga barang :p. I dunno, that's just me. Dan itu juga telah menyebabkan, bilik syaa sgt penuh dgn barang2..aduii..seksa nak mengemas

3) sangat menyukai pink, purple dan warna2 yg berada dlm kumpulan itu. Tahun lepas, merah pula mendapat tempat. Tahun ni xtau lg. Tapi sering berangan kalau kawin nnt, nak pelamin n baju pengantin kaler purple. Saje nk lawan ngan Along :p

5) Juga meminati Oprah, especially kalau time ada Dr.Oz. Sgt teruja

6) Lately ni, suka pada rancangan Friends. Mereka ttp mendapat perhatian!

7) Juga sgt suka menambah pengetahuan tentang health & fitness. Selalu berazam pada diri sendiri, utk exercise at leas 3 kali seminggu. Kdg2 tercapai, selalunya tidak.Sgt sukar. Bila bekerja, pukul 6 belum tentu kerja dh siap.. Huwaaaa

Tapi aku xputus harapan. Masih terus berazam. I'm no quitter. Positif2

9) Memberikan reaksi yg berbeza pada org yg berbeza. Ade certain org tu, borak kejap je dh leh masuk. Ade jugak yg cover2 sopan santun. Ada j uga yg menjadikan diri aku super pendiam (kalau org tu sgt kecoh, maka aku pun selalunya diam la, depends). Ada juga yg mengenali aku sebagai kecoh. Ni hanya berlaku di kelompok kawan2 rapat saja :p bebas menjadi diri sendiri

10) Mata aku sgt sensitif. Senang je air mata keluar, walaupun utk berita gembira. Apakah...?

11) Sejak bekerja ni, aku sangat suka beli brg2 Body Shop. I dunno, sampai kawan2 panggil aku 'Duta Body Shop' kerana suka beli and promote :p. Skang ni, dh xtau ape nk beli dh kat sana. Mcm2 suda ada. Tapi masih belum mampu memiliki mana2 produk dr L'occitane dan sewaktu dgnnya

12) Meminati seni. Bukan terlalu fanatik, tapi sgt suka menonton tarian, teater. Bercita2 mahu menonton orkestra di Dewan Philharmonic dlm masa terdekat ni. Teater terakhir yg aku tonton adalah P.Ramlee the musical. Sgt menyentuh hati. Seminggu jugak aku sentiasa teringat teater tu. Mengenangkan susah payah P.Ramlee dlm industri ini. Paling terkesan bila saat dia bersama Saloma. Dan juga pabila dia parah bila ditinggalkan isteri2nya..sehinggalah dia bertemu Saloma

13) Tiba2 obses dgn kecantikan. Tiba2 register pakej utk facial. 1st trial, sgt sakit. Nampak sgt muka ni dh lama xwat facial :p malu i. Tapi layanan tiptop. Terpaksa relakan jela :p

15) Teringin nak cuba main squash. Jom!!

16) Sukar buat pilihan. Kdg2 terfikir, nape la susah sgt nak wat pilihan, and kenapalah keputusan yg dibuat tu, memberi impak yg besar. Dan disebabkan itu, selalu buat keputusan yg silap. Arghhh!! Tensi

Tu jela. Random things yg mampu aku pk di malam hari yang hening tp panas ni :p

Whats life all about...

something I found while bloghopping

Life isn't about keeping score...
It's not about how many friends you have.
Or how many people call you, or how accepted or unaccepted you are.
Not about if you have plans this weekend, or if you're alone.
It isn't about who you're dating, or who you used to date,
how many people you've dated, or if you haven't been with anyone at all.
It isn't about who your family is, or how much money they have.
Or what kind of car they drive.....

It's not about how beautiful or ugly you are.
Not about what clothes you wear, what shoes you have on,
or the kind of music you listen to....
It's not about if your hair is blonde, red, black, brown, or green.
Or if your skin is too light or too dark.

Its not about how good you are at "your" sport.
Not about what grades you get,
how smart you are, or how smart everyone else thinks you are.
Not the least about how smart “standardized tests” say you are.
It's not about representing your whole being on a piece of paper,
and seeing who will accept the “written you".

Life just ain’t about any of these.....

But life is about who you love and who you hurt.
It's about who you make happy or unhappy purposefully.
It's about keeping or betraying trust.
It's about friendship, used as sanctity, or as a weapon.
It's about what you say and mean, maybe hurtful, maybe heartening.
It's about what judgments you pass and why.
And who your judgments are spread to.

It's about who you've ignored with full control and intention.
It's about jealousy, fear, pain, ignorance, and revenge.
It's about carrying inner hate and love,
letting it grow and spreading it.

But most of all,
it's about using your life to touch or poison other people's hearts
in such a way that could never have occurred alone....
Only you choose the way these hearts are affected,
and those choices are what life is all about....

The Best Fat-Burning Advice

Get the Facts to Burn the Fat
-- By Dean Anderson, Fitness & Behavior Expert

Wouldn’t it be great if all the fat-burning secrets you see in magazine ads and TV infomercials actually worked? If sauna suits, cellulite-shrinking creams, herbal wraps, and pills designed to “boost metabolism and melt fat away” did what they claim to, obesity would be a thing of the past.

But they don’t work. And neither do any of those exercise gadgets that promise to reduce the fat in your fill-in-the-blank problem area (i.e. belly, hips or thighs). That’s just not how your body operates. You probably know by now that the only healthy way to lose fat (and keep it from finding you again) is to spend more energy on physical activity than you take in from food. That takes a combination of moderate calorie restriction and increased physical activity–a healthy lifestyle, not a crash weight loss program or other magic gimmick.

But what about some of the less outrageous claims and advice about fat burning that are floating around? Can you burn more fat by exercising early in the morning, or on an empty stomach? Does building up a lot of muscle really make you burn a lot more calories even when you’re sitting still, making strength training more important than cardio? Will you lose more fat if you exercise at a lower intensity for a longer time?

We’ll take a look at each of these claims, and see how they stack up against the evidence that is currently available. Then we’ll put all this information together into an effective fat-burning strategy that will really work for you.

Exercising Early in the Morning

Fat-burning claim: Exercising first thing in the morning will force your body to use fat as fuel. Proponents of this claim say that while you’re sleeping overnight, your body is in a state of fasting that uses up most of the carbohydrates (stored as glycogen) that you ate during the day. Therefore, working out in the morning burns fat because fat is the only fuel available.

Fat-burning fact: Not true! Your body stores glycogen in two places: in your liver and muscle cells. When you sleep, your body turns to glycogen in the liver to keep your brain, nervous system, and other essential operations going while you’re not eating. Therefore, the stored carbohydrates in your liver will become depleted overnight. But remember how your muscles also store carbohydrates in the form of glycogen? This muscle glycogen can only be used by those muscle cells. So, unless you run a 10K race in your sleep, your overnight "fast" will not noticeably affect on your muscle glycogen. This is a good thing, because you’d never make it through the first few minutes of your morning exercise routine if you didn't have any muscle glycogen.

Fat-burning tip: Exercise will burn fat stores at any time of day or night. There are several good reasons to exercise early in the morning, if you can manage it. You’ll get it done before other things have a chance to get in the way of your workout. And for many people, an a.m. fitness routine offers a psychological boost that can make the rest of the day much easier.

Exercising on an Empty Stomach

Fat-burning claim: Exercising on an empty stomach will burn fat as fuel. Perpetrators of this theory refer to the body's insulin response, which goes like this:
  • When you eat a meal or snack, your body releases insulin into your blood stream.
  • Insulin's role is to help carbohydrates (glucose) move from your blood stream into your cells, where it is used to make energy.
  • In the process, insulin partially inhibits the release of fat from fat cells, so that it can carry more glucose to your cells.
According to this theory, when you exercise before eating, the insulin response won’t happen; then the body's ability to burn fat as fuel won’t be inhibited; and you’ll end up burning more fat during your exercise.

Fat-burning fact: It's true that insulin inhibits release of fat from fat cells, but not true that exercising on an empty stomach makes you burn more fat overall. Anytime you are burning more fat during a workout, you are almost always burning fewer total calories, which basically defeats the purpose if your goals are weight loss and improved fitness. What really determines whether your body will turn to stored fat or carbohydrates (glucose) for fuel? The intensity and duration of your exercise. In a nutshell, you’ll burn more fat and more total calories when you exercise at high intensity levels. When you exercise at 70% to 90% of your max heart rate, your body can’t turn stored fat into fuel fast enough to meet the demands of your active muscles. But the more intense your exercise, the more total calories you'll burn during your workout and during the recovery phase afterward. When it comes to weight loss, total calorie expenditure is more important than where the calories are coming from (glucose or stored fat).

Fat-burning tip: Real fat-burning takes place during low-intensity, daily activities—not during exercise itself. The more calories (glycogen) you burn during exercise and recovery, the more your body will rely on fat stores to fuel the rest of your day. So instead of trying to figure out whether (or what) to eat before you exercise, choose whatever will help you put the most effort and time into your workout session. Everyone is different. Don't eat if it upsets your stomach to exercise soon afterward, but if you feel lightheaded or fatigued when exercising on an empty stomach, then you should eat a pre-workout snack or meal.

Exercising at Lower Intensity Levels for Longer Durations

Fat-burning claim: Exercising at lower intensity levels and for a longer duration burns more fat than moderate- to high-intensity exercise. People who subscribe to this theory use some of the same facts above regarding the source of fuel for various levels of exercise intensity. Further adding "credibility" to these claims, many cardio machines have "fat burning" workouts or programs, which have you exercising at lower heart rates.

Fat-burning fact: While it is a fact that low-intensity activities use more fat as fuel, this theory doesn’t hold up unless you can devote several hours every day to exercise. It’s important not to confuse percentage of fat burned with total amount of fat burned. Let's look at three examples of fuel usage, at three different intensity levels, and see which actually burns the most fat:
  • High-intensity exercise (about 70% max heart rate): 33% of the energy you use comes from fat and 66% comes from glucose. You're burning about 600 calories per hour (200 calories from fat).
  • Low-intensity exercise (about 50-60% max heart rate): Your ratio of fat to glucose usage is about 50-50. You're burning about 350 calories per hour (175 calories from fat).
  • Sitting still (resting heart rate): 66% of the energy you use comes from fat and 33% comes from glucose. You're burning about 90 calories per hour (60 calories from fat).
Fat-burning tip: Most of us can only manage about one hour of high-intensity exercise, but could handle several hours of low-intensity exercise like walking. Exercising at lower intensity levels for longer durations only burns more fat IF you have at least two hours to spend on that activity. However, low-intensity exercise also offers fewer general health benefits and won't help you improve your cardiovascular fitness level. If you’ve got two hours to spend on cardio your best bet is to get the best of both worlds by doing an hour each of higher and lower intensity exercise.

Making Strength Training More Important than Cardio

Fat-burning claim: You’ve heard it a million times—muscle burns more calories than fat, even while you’re sitting still. So when it comes to losing weight, strength training is more important than cardio.

Fat-burning fact: Part of this is true. A pound of muscle, at rest, burns about three times as many calories as a pound of fat, which by nature is pretty much always “at rest.” But whether or not strength training should be the only (or main) focus of your fitness program depends on what the numbers really say.

At rest, one pound of fat burns about two calories per day, while one pound of muscle burns about six calories. Simply having more muscle is not going to make that much of a difference all by itself. Building five pounds of extra muscle is only going to add about 30 calories per day to your resting metabolic rate, but while you are cutting calories to lose weight, it's very difficult (if not impossible) to add five pounds of muscle to your body.

Muscle does burn more calories at rest and at work. But losing weight always involves losing some muscle along the way. If you don't strength train, as much as 30% of the weight you lose could be muscle weight, which works out to about 15 pounds of muscle loss for your 50-pound weight loss. Losing 15 pounds muscle could cost an active person several hundred calories per day in lost calorie burning capacity since active muscles (as opposed to resting) burn 30 times more calories than fat. This is one of the big reasons why people who lose weight rapidly on crash diets (without exercise) almost always put that weight back on later. However, an effective strength training program can reduce that 30% muscle loss figure to 3-5%. That's much better for your fat burning goals and your metabolism.

Fat-burning tip: Even if you're short on time, you shouldn't give up the cardio and concentrate on strength training if you want to burn fat. You'll burn more fat by doing 30 minutes of cardio than you will in a whole day sitting around with five extra pounds of muscle. But don’t make the opposite mistake of thinking you don’t need strength training, either. Both are very important for fat burning and overall health.

Putting It All Together

When you put all this information together, the picture you see is very familiar. There aren’t any gimmicks or shortcuts. To burn fat, the variables are simple. You need to:
  • Be as active as possible
  • Exercise at a moderate (60% MHR) to high (>70% MHR) intensity level when doing cardio
  • Include strength training two to three times per week
  • Keep your total calorie intake below your total energy expenditure (without exceeding a 1,000 calorie deficit per day)
  • Provide your body with plenty of quality fuel from healthy foods
When planning and timing your meals along with your fitness program, find what works best for you in terms of providing the right fuel at the right times, using your Nutrition Tracker and Meal Plans as a guide. Your energy and performance levels will tell you whether you need to eat before exercise, whether you need more or fewer calories, and what ratio of fat, carbs, and protein is best for the demands of your lifestyle. Now that you have the facts, don't let another fat-burning theorist steer you wrong ever again!

Too Busy to Notice You're Too Busy

I found this while bloghopping. Very interesting that makes me wanna share this with you

“In the Name of Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful”

Everyday as i wake up at dawn
My mind start working the moment i yawn
There were many things to do, o dear!
That’s why i hastily did my Subuh prayer
I didn’t have the time to sit longer to
praise the Lord
To me rushing out after prayer is nothing odd…

Since school, i had been busy every minute
Completing my tutorials and handing it in
My ECAs took up most of my time always
No time did i have to Allah to pray
Too many things to do and zikir is rare
For Allah, I really had no time to spare..

When i grew up and started my career
Working all day to secure my future
When I reached home, I prefered to have fun
I chatted on the phone but i didn’t read the Quran
I spent too much time surfing the Internet
Sad to say, my faith was falling flat…

The only time i have left is weekends
During which i prefer window shopping with friends
I couldn’t spare time to go to the mosque
I’m too busy, that’s the BIG EXCUSE…

I did my five prayers but did so quickly
After prayer, I didn’t sit longer to reflect quietly
I didn’t have time to help the needy ones
I was loaded with work as my precious time runs

No time at all to visit a sick Muslim friend
To orphans and elderly, I hardly lent a hand
I’m too busy to do community service
When there were gatherings, I helped the least

My life was already full of stress
So i didn’t counsel a Muslim in distress
I didn’t spend much time with my family
B’coz i thought, doing so is a waste of time…

No time to share with non-Muslim about Islam
Even though I know, inviting causes no harm
No time to do Sunnah prayers at all
All these contribute to my imaan’s fall..

I’m busy here and busy there
I’ve no time at all, that’s all i care
I went for religious lessons, just once in awhile
Coz i’m too busy making a pile…

I worked all day and i slept all night
Too tired for Tahajjud and it seemed not right
To me, earning a living was already tough
so i only did basic deeds but that’s not enough..

No time at all, to admire God’s creation
No time to praise All_h and seek His Compassion
Although I know how short is my life
For Islam, I really didn’t strive..

Finally the day comes, when the Lord calls for me
And I stood before Him with my Life’s History

I feel so guilty b’coz i should have prayed more
Isn’t that what a Muslim lives for?
To thank Allah and do more good deeds
And the Quran is for us all to read..

Now at Judgement Day, I’m starting to fret
I’ve wasted my life but it’s too late to regret
My entry to Paradise depend on my good behaviour
But i’ve not done enough nor did proper prayer

My “good deed book” is given from my right
An angel opened my “book” and read out my plight.
Then the angel chided me….

“O You Muslim servant, you are the one,
Who is given enough time, yet not much is done
Do you know that your faith is loose?
saying “no time” is only an excuse.
Your “good deed book” should be filled up more
with all the good work you stood up for..

Hence, I only recorded those little good deeds
As I say this, I know your eyes will mist..
I was about to write some more, you see
But i did not have, THE TIME to list”…….

THE END..

Sepetang di sebuah rumah

Hari ini hari Sabtu.

Sungguh nyenyak saya tidur, sampai la xsedar dah pun pukul 11. Bagus sungguh anak dara ini..haha (blush *__*)

Malam semalam, saya tidur sungguh lewat. Pukul 4 rasanya.
Sebab? Layan tv..sehingga tidur di sofa. Sungguh bagus. Sungguh nikmat. Dan berseorangan di rumah 2 tingkat ini, walaupun mulanya perasaan rasa best, tp sebenarnya xbest. Duduk seorang mmg xbest. Housemate balik kampung pula.

Plan awalnya, mahu ke Sunway Pyramid hari ni pukul 1030 (mungkin juga bila dtg awal, mungkin senang mencari parking :p) Terbaca di sebuah blog, ada sale jenama2 kesukaan saya, Dorothy Perkins/Topshop. Ketika itu, Sunway Pyramid sudah terbayang2 di fikiran. OU sgt jauh, perlu melalui berbagai2 rintangan (tol). maka Sunway Pyramid jadi pilihan. terbayang juga Forever 21, MNG, kedai2 sukan (NIKE, Adidas). Waah, wishlist saya sungguh panjang. Semua benda pun mahu..huhu. Tp abaikan.

Menjadi suri rumah. Hehe. Cuma, belum betul menjadi suri (orang) rumah kepada sesiapa lagi :p. Selepas mandi, lapar pula. Almari makanan diselongkar, maka jumpalah oat segera, masak itu cukuplah.

Sementara dh kenyang tu, saya pun menjadi rajin lg. Untuk menambahkan haruman di rumah dan menambah ketenangan jiwa, saya pun memasang lilin aromaterapi haruman green tea. Sungguh tenang. Mata juga menjadi berat setelah perut kenyang. Sungguh tenang, sehingga mahu tertidur.

Semasa menyapu sampah, saya terjumpa ini.

Dumbell saya yang sgt jarang digunakan. Saya kena berusaha bersungguh2 lagi nih.

itulah cerita saya. Sepetang di sebuah rumah

p/s: Rasa macam karangan budak Darjah Satu kan? :p

Bored, Trapped in Your Job?

Article that made me think about my current situation..hmm

When you landed that new job, the world looked great. Now it's been a while, and one of your worst fears has come true -- you're unhappy in your job. When you're spending at least five days a week at work, it makes sense that you'd want to like what you're doing. But there are times when you're in a position or company that doesn't work for you.

If you're unhappy with your job -- and everybody around you probably already knows it -- it might be time for a career transition. Results from an Experience.com survey provide some insight into making the change. According to the survey, the top signal that it's time to transition to a new job is not the boss yelling at you. In fact, the number-one warning sign is:

* Your job has become boring. Most people are not in it just for the money. On the contrary, they're looking for something that gives them the chance to make a difference. If, in fact, you're finding a lack of intellectual stimulation and challenge, you have lots of company -- nearly 30 percent of respondents cited this as their biggest indicator it's time to leave a job.

* Another warning signal to workers that it may be time to make a transition is the lack of growth opportunities. If you're in a dead end job, with no place to move (unless a lot of people grow old and retire), you're in trouble. Twenty-two percent of respondents felt trapped in a position with little room for career progression.

* Others felt they were receiving inadequate pay or benefits. It may not all be about money, but some of it certainly is. Do you feel underpaid? Do you have lousy (or no) benefits? Seventeen percent of employees feel the economic pinch, and when that happens, may have to decide whether their job is really worth it.

* Work friends are very important. If your relationships with co-workers have gone bad, that's a definite sign that it's time to move on. Seventeen percent of those surveyed agreed -- if you're not getting along, you're going to feel like you're suffocating.

* Lack of investment in the company's goals/mission. This is more than just a self-esteem thing, but was mentioned by 13% of the respondents as a key factor indicating a career change. You need to be part of the big picture, or you're not in the picture at all.

Once you encounter the warning signs that it might be time to make a career transition, how long do you wait before you leave?

Most people (52%) said they would wait at least a year to see if it improved. Others were not as patient and hopeful. Thirty-two percent of respondents said they would quit as soon as they found another job, while 16% reported they would stay no longer than six months.

"When you clearly communicate you are under-challenged, wait a few months to see if your superior responds, and if not, it's time to take your knowledge and expertise to a company that will let you grow," one respondent said.

Aku sukeeeee sangatttttt teater muzikal P.Ramlee niii.
Sungguh!! Selama 3 jam, aku mmg terpaku. Tarian, nyanyian, lakonan, mmg mantap!!

Semua tahu kehebatannya, yg mana setiap kali pementasan, pasti mendapat sambutan hangat, tepukan gemuruh dari penonton. Mmg, aku akui, kepintaran si pengarah dan semua yg terlibat, menjadikan teater ini sgt menarik

Org yg pertama aku terbayang bile nampak je P.Ramlee jelmaan mase atas pentas tu, sudah semestinya ayah aku yg mmg peminat no 1. Teringat dulu, ayah suke sgt tgk citer2 lakonan P Ramlee. AKu pun sama. Adik2 yg lain pun sama. Satu famili pun suka. Sampaikan aku pun rase ayah aku ada iras2 P.Ramlee..hehehe

Aku sebenarnya sebelum ni, mmg xtau sgt sejarah P.Ramlee ni. Serius.
Tapi bile tgk teater ni, baru lah aku tau, yg P.Ramlee ni dari Penang, ada kekasih nama Azizah. Dalam teater muzikal tu, mmg banyak menyentuh kisah2 peribadi P.Ramlee yg aku sendiri tak tau.
Betapa dia kecewa bila bercerai dgn isteri2nya, sampai la dia berjmpa dgn Saloma

Dan aku paling sedih, pada scene bile Malay Film Production kena tutup, dan P.Ramlee kena pindah ke KL, ke Merdeka Studio. Dia mengharapkan agar dia ttp dpt berkarya, agar karya2nya masih mendapat sambutan peminat. Tapi malangnya, langit tak selalu cerah. Mmg sedih bila dorang paparkan keratan akhbar tajuk "Boo buat P Ramlee di Stadium xx". Isk, aku xtau pun P.Ramlee mengalami zaman kejatuhan di KL. Hasil2 karyanya xberapa diterima ramai.

Ada satu dialog antara dia dan Saloma,

"Mungkin zaman ni bukan zaman I lg Sally"

Mmg dia sangat kecewa. Mase aku tgk teater tu, aku pun mcm terasa kekecewaannya... Cam nak nangis pun ada

Biasela, bile tgk teater ni, feel tu mmg lebih terasa. Lakonan live dpn mata :D

Hmm

Mungkin itulah kehidupan anak seni. Ada pasang surutnya. Sedih jugak bile aku tau, lepas die meninggal, die cuma ada sebuah rumah je sebagai harta. Xde harta lain. Cipta lagu punya la banyak, tp bile skang ni bila anak die cuba nk dptkan royalti lagu, sgt2 susah. Aku rase xsolve lg pun sampai skang isu tu.
Sedih kan. Mungkin sbb dulu pun, maybe xde hitam dan putih perjanjian yg dibuat. So mmg susah nk claim ape2 (+ syarikat rakaman saje2 mengelak)

Rase mau layan cite2 P.Ramlee la plak, nk dgr lagu2nya ..dan sedekahkan Al Fatihah buat Allahyarham P.Ramlee yg masih diingati sehingga kini.
Mmg belum ada tandingan lg

Al- Fatihah

Aromatherapy

Kebelakangan ni aku mmg susah nk tido. Mmg susah.

Bayangkan la.. dh get ready baring2 atas katil kul 12, tp xboleh tido.

Pusing kiri, xleh tido gak

Pusing kanan plak, pun xleh tido

Pandang siling, xberkesan gak.

Tutup mata , dan bayangkan skrin gelap kaler hitam (ni aku penah amalkan dulu2 zaman blaja, mase tu berkesan la), tp xde effect pun. Last2 aku tertido kul 2 or 2.30 am. Gilo. Rugi je mase tido aku. Akibatnye, aku bgn lewat esoknye..Cess

Sampai la satu hari tu, aku g Body Shop berdekatan, saje je tgk2 kt area home fragrance, sambil2 pilih nk beli yg mana satu, salesgirl ni tanya aku, "xmo try Lavender oil ke"

Aku pegang, tp tgk harga dulu (haha..kalo mahal kang..lari bajet), memula rase cam xmo, sbb lavender ni bau die common sgt (dulu perfume keta aku bau lavender gak, aku xde la suke sgt)

Salesgirl tu cakap, lavender oil ni bagus utk relax, hilangkan stress, tenangkan fikiran, dan memudahkan tido. Wow, aku cam teruja bile dgr, sbb penyakit susah nk tido ni mmg jd makin teruk (ade kaitan ngan keje yg stress n slalu keje sampai mlm) so aku pun beli n try.

Lavender oil ni..boleh dipakai wat cam aromatherapy, dan boleh jugak diletak kat bantal, sebelum tido. Dr Fadhilah Kamsah pun ade bgtau dulu (dlm TV), mmg elok bile kite slalu bau mende2 yg wangi, baik utk otak. So mase percubaan pertama tu, kire ok la..xde cpt sgt aku leh tido. Tp better la dr dulu.

Actually aku pun xbape igt bau lavender, perfume dlm keta ni bau die lain skit, xde la cam lavender oil ni (oil lagi kuat baunye), so 1st time bau lavender oil ni, aku cam teringat penah bau bau ni di suatu tpt, tp xigt kt mana. Pk2 balik, teringat dulu penah wat facial kt Dermalogica. Dorang mmg letak bau lavender ni..mmg relax la rase kt dlm tu..ade muzik yg menenangkan..kasi aku tido sepanjang hari kt situ pun xpe.

Memandangkan adalah satu perkara yang menarik bila rumah/bilik kita adalah wangi, maka aku pun nk try la home fragrance yg lain, so aku beli la Green tea. Bile wat aromatherapy, bau die best. Tenang je rasa. So makin rajin la aku membeli lilin2 (tanpa bau) di kedai Hinode shop. Sume barang adalah RM5 shj. So marilah kita ber'aromatherapy' kawan2..hehe. Igt motto ni.."Apabila rumah/blik anda wangi, mood akan rasa tenang" hehehe. Tp baik2 kang terbakar plak rumah. N make sure jgn tertido plak. Bahaya weh.

Oh btw, Bodyshop tgh sale! Up to 70%. Dari 16-Mei - 3-Jun. Tp nasihat aku, kalo nk beli barang2 yg tgh sale ni, tgk dulu kt bahagian bawah item tu, carik manufacture date. Esp barang2 mekap. Ari tu aku g tgk, dorang offer 70% utk brang2 mekap (selected items only), tp bile tgk manufacture date, 2006. Jangka hayat produk2 kosmetik adalah 2 thn. Cess. So kalo korang beli barang yg dibuat thn 2006, mmg la rugi. Dh nk expired. So jgn tertipu ye kawan2. Jadi la pengguna bijak.
Dan pasan gak, dorang banyak letakkan barang2 offer je (meaning barang2 yg dh lama jangka hayatnya), so pengguna akan lebih cenderung beli item2 yg dorang offer je. Xsemestinya kalo sale, kite kena beli walaupun murah. Kalo offer murah, kena tgk n pastikan dulu, kenapa dorang letak murah. Normally sbb nk habiskan stok. Same goes to ubat2 di farmasi2.

Okla, tu saje utk hari ni. Ade mase sambung lg :D

Selamat bekerja
