Too Busy to Notice You're Too Busy

I found this while bloghopping. Very interesting that makes me wanna share this with you

“In the Name of Allah Most Gracious, Most Merciful”

Everyday as i wake up at dawn
My mind start working the moment i yawn
There were many things to do, o dear!
That’s why i hastily did my Subuh prayer
I didn’t have the time to sit longer to
praise the Lord
To me rushing out after prayer is nothing odd…

Since school, i had been busy every minute
Completing my tutorials and handing it in
My ECAs took up most of my time always
No time did i have to Allah to pray
Too many things to do and zikir is rare
For Allah, I really had no time to spare..

When i grew up and started my career
Working all day to secure my future
When I reached home, I prefered to have fun
I chatted on the phone but i didn’t read the Quran
I spent too much time surfing the Internet
Sad to say, my faith was falling flat…

The only time i have left is weekends
During which i prefer window shopping with friends
I couldn’t spare time to go to the mosque
I’m too busy, that’s the BIG EXCUSE…

I did my five prayers but did so quickly
After prayer, I didn’t sit longer to reflect quietly
I didn’t have time to help the needy ones
I was loaded with work as my precious time runs

No time at all to visit a sick Muslim friend
To orphans and elderly, I hardly lent a hand
I’m too busy to do community service
When there were gatherings, I helped the least

My life was already full of stress
So i didn’t counsel a Muslim in distress
I didn’t spend much time with my family
B’coz i thought, doing so is a waste of time…

No time to share with non-Muslim about Islam
Even though I know, inviting causes no harm
No time to do Sunnah prayers at all
All these contribute to my imaan’s fall..

I’m busy here and busy there
I’ve no time at all, that’s all i care
I went for religious lessons, just once in awhile
Coz i’m too busy making a pile…

I worked all day and i slept all night
Too tired for Tahajjud and it seemed not right
To me, earning a living was already tough
so i only did basic deeds but that’s not enough..

No time at all, to admire God’s creation
No time to praise All_h and seek His Compassion
Although I know how short is my life
For Islam, I really didn’t strive..

Finally the day comes, when the Lord calls for me
And I stood before Him with my Life’s History

I feel so guilty b’coz i should have prayed more
Isn’t that what a Muslim lives for?
To thank Allah and do more good deeds
And the Quran is for us all to read..

Now at Judgement Day, I’m starting to fret
I’ve wasted my life but it’s too late to regret
My entry to Paradise depend on my good behaviour
But i’ve not done enough nor did proper prayer

My “good deed book” is given from my right
An angel opened my “book” and read out my plight.
Then the angel chided me….

“O You Muslim servant, you are the one,
Who is given enough time, yet not much is done
Do you know that your faith is loose?
saying “no time” is only an excuse.
Your “good deed book” should be filled up more
with all the good work you stood up for..

Hence, I only recorded those little good deeds
As I say this, I know your eyes will mist..
I was about to write some more, you see
But i did not have, THE TIME to list”…….

THE END..

12 simple ways to supercharge your brain

Have you ever felt exasperated when you bumped into someone at the store but absolutely couldn't remember their name? Sure, it happens to all of us.

Despite being the strongest computer on the planet, our brains do lapse. It's hard to blame them really. As humans, we spend much of or existence stuffing our brains with stuff.

No matter how powerful our brains are, they need recuperation time to be kept in shape. Think of it as a tune up for your brain. Skipping brain maintenance is as silly as the person wandering the parking garage because they forgot where they parked. Is that you? Are you that person? If so, fear not; we are all that person at some point.

Now I am not a brain surgeon and I am not going to suggest you do anything surgical or dangerous. I am however an astute student of human behavior so I always look for simple ways to super charge my brain.

Here are some things you can begin doing as soon as today to begin the great brain tune up:

Eat Almonds
Almond is believed to improve memory. If a combination of almond oil and milk is taken together before going to bed or after getting up at morning, it strengthens our memory power. Almond milk is prepared by crushing the almonds without the outer cover and adding water and sugar to it.

Drink Apple Juice
Research from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) indicates that apple juice increases the production of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the brain, resulting in an increased memory power.

Sleep well
Research indicates that the long-term memory is consolidated during sleep by replaying the images of the experiences of the day. These repeated playbacks program the subconscious mind to store these images and other related information.

Enjoy simple Pleasures
Stress drains our brainpower. A stress-ridden mind consumes much of our memory resources to leave us with a feeble mind. Make a habit to engage yourself in few simple pleasures everyday to dissolve stress from your mind. Some of these simple pleasures are good for your mind, body and soul.

  • Enjoy music you love
  • Play with your children
  • Appreciate others
  • Run few miles a day, bike or swim
  • Start a blog
  • Take a yoga class or Total Wellness routine

Exercise your mind
Just as physical exercise is essential for a strong body, mental exercise is equally essential for a sharp and agile mind. Have you noticed that children have far superior brainpower than an adult does? Children have playful minds. A playful mind exhibits superior memory power. Engage in some of the activities that require your mind to remain active and playful.

  • Play scrabble or crossword puzzle
  • Volunteer
  • Interact with others
  • Start a new hobby such as blogging, reading, painting, bird watching
  • Learn new skill or a foreign language

Practice Yoga or Meditation
Yoga or Meditation relives stress. Stress is a known memory buster. With less stress, lower blood pressure, slower respiration, slower metabolism, and released muscle tension follows. All of these factors contribute significantly towards increases in our brainpower.

Reduce Sugar intake
Sugar is a non-food. It’s a form of carbohydrate that offers illusionary energy, only to cause a downhill slump once the initial burst has been worn off. Excess intake of sugar results in neurotic symptoms. Excess sugar is known to cause claustrophobia, memory loss and other neurotic disorders. Eat food without adding sugar. Stay away from sweet drinks or excess consumption of caffeine with sugar.

Eat whole wheat
The whole wheat germs contain lecithin. Lecithin helps ease the problem of the hardening of the arteries, which often impairs brain functioning.

Eat a light meal at night
A heavy meal at night causes tossing and turning and a prolonged emotional stress while at sleep. It’s wise to eat heavy meal during the day when our body is in motion to consume the heavy in-take. Eating a light meal with some fruits allows us to sleep well. A good night sleep strengthens our brainpower.

Develop imagination
Greeks mastered the principle of imagination and association to memorize everything. This technique requires one to develop a vivid and colorful imagination that can be linked to a known object. If you involve all your senses - touching, feeling, smelling, hearing and seeing in the imagination process, you can remember greater details of the event.

Control your temper
Bleached food, excess of starch or excess of white bread can lead to nerve grating effect. This results in a violent and some time depressive behavior. Eat fresh vegetables. Drink lots of water and meditate or practice yoga to relieve these toxic emotions of temper and stressful mood swings.

Take Vitamin B-complex
Vitamin B-complex strengthens memory power. Eat food and vegetables high in Vitamin B-complex. Stay away from the starch food or white bread, which depletes the Vitamin B-complex necessary for a healthy mind.

I don't believe these are that tough. If you find yourself increasing stumped, give a couple of these a try.

Sepetang di sebuah rumah

Hari ini hari Sabtu.

Sungguh nyenyak saya tidur, sampai la xsedar dah pun pukul 11. Bagus sungguh anak dara ini..haha (blush *__*)

Malam semalam, saya tidur sungguh lewat. Pukul 4 rasanya.
Sebab? Layan tv..sehingga tidur di sofa. Sungguh bagus. Sungguh nikmat. Duduk seorang mmg xbest. Housemate balik kampung pula.

Plan awalnya, mahu ke Sunway Pyramid hari ni pukul 1030 (mungkin juga bila dtg awal, mungkin senang mencari parking :p) Terbaca di sebuah blog, ada sale jenama2 kesukaan saya, Dorothy Perkins/Topshop. Ketika itu, Sunway Pyramid sudah terbayang2 di fikiran. OU sgt jauh, perlu melalui berbagai2 rintangan (tol). maka Sunway Pyramid jadi pilihan. terbayang juga Forever 21, MNG, kedai2 sukan (NIKE, Adidas). Waah, wishlist saya sungguh panjang. Semua benda pun mahu..huhu. Tp abaikan.

Menjadi suri rumah. Hehe. Cuma, belum betul menjadi suri (orang) rumah kepada sesiapa lagi :p. Selepas mandi, lapar pula. Almari makanan diselongkar, maka jumpalah oat segera, masak itu cukuplah.

Sementara dh kenyang tu, saya pun menjadi rajin lg. Sungguh tenang. Mata juga menjadi berat setelah perut kenyang. Sungguh tenang, sehingga mahu tertidur.

Semasa menyapu sampah, saya terjumpa ini.

Dumbell saya yang sgt jarang digunakan. Saya kena berusaha bersungguh2 lagi nih.

itulah cerita saya. Sepetang di sebuah rumah

p/s: Rasa macam karangan budak Darjah Satu kan? :p

Hari raya, kuih raya dan dadih (raya?)

Raya thn ni, mmg berbeza dari tahun2 sebelumnya.

Setiap tahun, kita pastinya mempunyai pengalaman yg berbeza2 menyambut raya.

Ok, kita mula dgn cerita sebelum raya, iaitu masa berpuasa :D

Aktiviti baru tahun ini adalah...

Menjual kuih raya dan kerepek (yeah, u heard me right) :p

Tiada gambar kuih raya, rugi sungguh.

Spice rack itu

Menjelang raya, kg saya sudahpun riuh rendah dgn saudara mara.
Juadah wajib setiap tahun= lemang+rendang

Daa

Bored, Trapped in Your Job?

Article that made me think about my current situation..hmm

When you landed that new job, the world looked great. Now it's been a while, and one of your worst fears has come true -- you're unhappy in your job. When you're spending at least five days a week at work, it makes sense that you'd want to like what you're doing. But there are times when you're in a position or company that doesn't work for you.

If you're unhappy with your job -- and everybody around you probably already knows it -- it might be time for a career transition. Results from an Experience.com survey provide some insight into making the change. According to the survey, the top signal that it's time to transition to a new job is not the boss yelling at you. In fact, the number-one warning sign is:

* Your job has become boring. Most people are not in it just for the money. On the contrary, they're looking for something that gives them the chance to make a difference. If, in fact, you're finding a lack of intellectual stimulation and challenge, you have lots of company -- nearly 30 percent of respondents cited this as their biggest indicator it's time to leave a job.

* Another warning signal to workers that it may be time to make a transition is the lack of growth opportunities. If you're in a dead end job, with no place to move (unless a lot of people grow old and retire), you're in trouble. Twenty-two percent of respondents felt trapped in a position with little room for career progression.

* Others felt they were receiving inadequate pay or benefits. It may not all be about money, but some of it certainly is. Do you feel underpaid? Do you have lousy (or no) benefits? Seventeen percent of employees feel the economic pinch, and when that happens, may have to decide whether their job is really worth it.

* Work friends are very important. If your relationships with co-workers have gone bad, that's a definite sign that it's time to move on. Seventeen percent of those surveyed agreed -- if you're not getting along, you're going to feel like you're suffocating.

* Lack of investment in the company's goals/mission. This is more than just a self-esteem thing, but was mentioned by 13% of the respondents as a key factor indicating a career change. You need to be part of the big picture, or you're not in the picture at all.

Once you encounter the warning signs that it might be time to make a career transition, how long do you wait before you leave?

Most people (52%) said they would wait at least a year to see if it improved. Others were not as patient and hopeful. Thirty-two percent of respondents said they would quit as soon as they found another job, while 16% reported they would stay no longer than six months.

"When you clearly communicate you are under-challenged, wait a few months to see if your superior responds, and if not, it's time to take your knowledge and expertise to a company that will let you grow," one respondent said.

P Ramlee.. The Life, The Loves and The Inspiration

Last 2 weeks, aku berjaya membawa diriku ke Istana Budaya, menonton P.Ramlee the musical.

Aku sukeeeee sangatttttt teater muzikal P.Ramlee niii.
Sungguh!! Selama 3 jam, aku mmg terpaku. Tarian, nyanyian, lakonan, mmg mantap!!

Semua tahu kehebatannya, yg mana setiap kali pementasan, pasti mendapat sambutan hangat, tepukan gemuruh dari penonton. Mmg, aku akui, kepintaran si pengarah dan semua yg terlibat, menjadikan teater ini sgt menarik

Org yg pertama aku terbayang bile nampak je P.Ramlee jelmaan mase atas pentas tu, sudah semestinya ayah aku yg mmg peminat no 1. Teringat dulu, ayah suke sgt tgk citer2 lakonan P Ramlee. AKu pun sama. Adik2 yg lain pun sama. Satu famili pun suka. Sampaikan aku pun rase ayah aku ada iras2 P.Ramlee..hehehe

Aku sebenarnya sebelum ni, mmg xtau sgt sejarah P.Ramlee ni. Serius.
Tapi bile tgk teater ni, baru lah aku tau, yg P.Ramlee ni dari Penang, ada kekasih nama Azizah. Dalam teater muzikal tu, mmg banyak menyentuh kisah2 peribadi P.Ramlee yg aku sendiri tak tau.
Betapa dia kecewa bila bercerai dgn isteri2nya, sampai la dia berjmpa dgn Saloma

Dia mengharapkan agar dia ttp dpt berkarya, agar karya2nya masih mendapat sambutan peminat. Tapi malangnya, langit tak selalu cerah. Mmg sedih bila dorang paparkan keratan akhbar tajuk "Boo buat P Ramlee di Stadium xx". Isk, aku xtau pun P.Ramlee mengalami zaman kejatuhan di KL. Hasil2 karyanya xberapa diterima ramai.

Ada satu dialog antara dia dan Saloma,

"Mungkin zaman ni bukan zaman I lg Sally"

Mmg dia sangat kecewa. Mase aku tgk teater tu, aku pun mcm terasa kekecewaannya... Cam nak nangis pun ada

Biasela, bile tgk teater ni, feel tu mmg lebih terasa. Lakonan live dpn mata :D

Hmm

Mungkin itulah kehidupan anak seni. Xde harta lain. Cipta lagu punya la banyak, tp bile skang ni bila anak die cuba nk dptkan royalti lagu, sgt2 susah. Aku rase xsolve lg pun sampai skang isu tu.
Sedih kan. Mungkin sbb dulu pun, maybe xde hitam dan putih perjanjian yg dibuat. So mmg susah nk claim ape2 (+ syarikat rakaman saje2 mengelak)

Rase mau layan cite2 P.Ramlee la plak, nk dgr lagu2nya ..dan sedekahkan Al Fatihah buat Allahyarham P.Ramlee yg masih diingati sehingga kini.
Mmg belum ada tandingan lg

Al- Fatihah

Aromatherapy

Kebelakangan ni aku mmg susah nk tido. Mmg susah.

Bayangkan la.. dh get ready baring2 atas katil kul 12, tp xboleh tido.

Pusing kiri, xleh tido gak

Pusing kanan plak, pun xleh tido

Pandang siling, xberkesan gak.

Tutup mata , dan bayangkan skrin gelap kaler hitam (ni aku penah amalkan dulu2 zaman blaja, mase tu berkesan la), tp xde effect pun. Last2 aku tertido kul 2 or 2.30 am. Gilo. Rugi je mase tido aku. Akibatnye, aku bgn lewat esoknye..Cess

Sampai la satu hari tu, aku g Body Shop berdekatan, saje je tgk2 kt area home fragrance, sambil2 pilih nk beli yg mana satu, salesgirl ni tanya aku, "xmo try Lavender oil ke"

Aku pegang, tp tgk harga dulu (haha..kalo mahal kang..lari bajet), memula rase cam xmo, sbb lavender ni bau die common sgt (dulu perfume keta aku bau lavender gak, aku xde la suke sgt)

Salesgirl tu cakap, lavender oil ni bagus utk relax, hilangkan stress, tenangkan fikiran, dan memudahkan tido. Wow, aku cam teruja bile dgr, sbb penyakit susah nk tido ni mmg jd makin teruk (ade kaitan ngan keje yg stress n slalu keje sampai mlm) so aku pun beli n try.

Dr Fadhilah Kamsah pun ade bgtau dulu (dlm TV), mmg elok bile kite slalu bau mende2 yg wangi, baik utk otak. So mase percubaan pertama tu, kire ok la..xde cpt sgt aku leh tido. Tp better la dr dulu.

Actually aku pun xbape igt bau lavender, perfume dlm keta ni bau die lain skit, xde la cam lavender oil ni (oil lagi kuat baunye), so 1st time bau lavender oil ni, aku cam teringat penah bau bau ni di suatu tpt, tp xigt kt mana. Pk2 balik, teringat dulu penah wat facial kt Dermalogica. Dorang mmg letak bau lavender ni..mmg relax la rase kt dlm tu..ade muzik yg menenangkan..kasi aku tido sepanjang hari kt situ pun xpe.

Memandangkan adalah satu perkara yang menarik bila rumah/bilik kita adalah wangi, maka aku pun nk try la home fragrance yg lain, so aku beli la Green tea. Bile wat aromatherapy, bau die best. Tenang je rasa. So makin rajin la aku membeli lilin2 (tanpa bau) di kedai Hinode shop. Sume barang adalah RM5 shj. So marilah kita ber'aromatherapy' kawan2..hehe. Igt motto ni.."Apabila rumah/blik anda wangi, mood akan rasa tenang" hehehe. Tp baik2 kang terbakar plak rumah. N make sure jgn tertido plak. Bahaya weh.

Oh btw, Bodyshop tgh sale! Up to 70%. Dari 16-Mei - 3-Jun. Tp nasihat aku, kalo nk beli barang2 yg tgh sale ni, tgk dulu kt bahagian bawah item tu, carik manufacture date. Esp barang2 mekap. Ari tu aku g tgk, dorang offer 70% utk brang2 mekap (selected items only), tp bile tgk manufacture date, 2006. Jangka hayat produk2 kosmetik adalah 2 thn. Cess. So kalo korang beli barang yg dibuat thn 2006, mmg la rugi. Dh nk expired. So jgn tertipu ye kawan2. Jadi la pengguna bijak.
Dan pasan gak, dorang banyak letakkan barang2 offer je (meaning barang2 yg dh lama jangka hayatnya), so pengguna akan lebih cenderung beli item2 yg dorang offer je. Xsemestinya kalo sale, kite kena beli walaupun murah. Kalo offer murah, kena tgk n pastikan dulu, kenapa dorang letak murah. Normally sbb nk habiskan stok. Same goes to ubat2 di farmasi2.

Okla, tu saje utk hari ni. Ade mase sambung lg :D

Selamat bekerja

Finding and celebrating the joy in life

Each day is a new chance to find joy and to dance.
If you let it pass or think it useless, the chance is gone and you'll never get it back.

When was the last time you played?

Or just did something for the sheer fun of it?

Joy is not found in the world around you, it's within yourself.
You can make your own joy, especially during those dark times when you need to really feel alive again.

Fun and play are healthy antidotes to taking life--and ourselves--too seriously.
They're proven boosters of immune systems and mental health and make life worth the trouble.
So do the twist. Sing in the shower. Learn a magic trick.
Watch a cartoon. Challenge some kids to a game.

Don't let a single day go to waste.

Life is too short to be wasted..

Ayah dan ibu
Itulah permulaan kami

Itulah yg aku rasa bila mendengar berita tu.
Sehingga aku menangis, aku rasa kesakitan tu, sakit bila kehilangan ibu yang tersayang

Sahabat, kuatkan semangat.

Masih banyak nasihat yg aku belum timba

Panjangkan lah umur mereka
Kurniakanlah kesihatan yang baik buat mereka

Angah sayang ibu dan ayah..

TV Live shows

One of my friend introduced me to this site, where you can watch most of your favorite tv series & movies too. Wow, that's great. Hehe. Maybe some of you have come to know this kind of website, but I think sharing is caring, so I’ll share the link:

http://tvliveshows.com

I can see 27 dresses is there, but the quality is not good (taken in the cinema I think). But layankan jela, since I haven't got any chance to watch the movie yet. It’s video streaming, so please be patient to let it fully loaded :D

Maybe next time, I’ll share links that I use to download my favorite tv series (and also movies).

Happy working friends. I know, Monday blues, especially thinking of loads of things to tomorrow. A hectic day, it will be

“Top Ten Reasons” to love morning exercise

Oh, these are just reasons for you to get up early in the morning :D

“Top Ten Reasons” for getting up with the early birds to get moving:
  1. Exercising early in the morning "jump starts" your metabolism, keeping it elevated for hours, sometimes for up to 24 hours! As a result, you’ll be burning more calories all day long—just because you exercised in the morning.
  2. Exercising in the morning energizes you for the day—not to mention that gratifying feeling of virtue you have knowing you’ve done something disciplined and good for you. (Much better than a worm!)
  3. Studies have shown that exercise significantly increases mental acuity—a benefit that lasts four to ten hours after your workout ends. Exercising in the a.m. means you get to harness that brainpower, instead of wasting it while you’re snoozing.
  4. Assuming you make exercise a true priority, it shouldn’t be a major problem to get up 30 to 60 minutes earlier—especially since regular exercise generally means a higher quality of sleep, which in turn means you’ll probably require less sleep. (If getting up 30 to 60 minutes earlier each day seems too daunting, you can ease into it with 10 to 20 minutes at first.)
  5. When you exercise at about the same time every morning—especially if you wake up regularly at about the same time—you’re regulating your body's endocrine system and circadian rhythms. Your body learns that you do the same thing just about every day, and it begins to prepare for waking and exercise several hours before you actually open your eyes. That’s beneficial because:
o Your body’s not “confused” by wildly changing wake-up times, which means waking up is much less painful. (You may even find that you don’t need an alarm clock most days.)
o Hormones prepare your body for exercise by regulating blood pressure, heart rate, blood flow to muscles, etc.
o Your metabolism, along with all the hormones involved in activity and exercise, begin to elevate while you're sleeping. As a result, you’ll feel more alert, energized, and ready to exercise when you do wake up.
  1. Many people find that morning exercise has a tendency to regulate their appetite for the rest of the day. Not only do they eat less (since activity causes the release of endorphins, which in turn diminishes appetite), they also choose healthier portions of healthier foods.
  2. People who consistently exercise find, sometimes to their great surprise, that the appointed time every morning evolves into something they look forward to. Besides the satisfaction of taking care of themselves, they find it’s a great time to plan their day, pray, or just think more clearly—things most of us often don’t get to do otherwise.
  3. Exercising first thing in the morning is the most foolproof way to ensure that other things don’t overtake your fitness commitment, particularly if you have a hectic family life. (It’s so easy to wimp out in the evening, when we’re tired or faced with such tasks as rustling up dinner and helping with homework.)
  4. More than 90% of those who exercise consistently have a morning fitness routine. If you want to exercise on a regular basis, the odds are in your favor if you squeeze your workout into the a.m.
  5. Non-morning people can always trick themselves in the a.m. Having trouble psyching yourself up for a sunrise jog? Do what I did—tell yourself that you’ll still be so fast asleep that you won’t even remember—much less mind!

Exercising on an empty stomach?

I decided to put something related to health & fitness this time.
Might be useful to some of us

Question: I heard that when you exercise on an empty stomach (such as first thing in the morning) you'll burn more fat. Is this true?

Expert Answer:

In the morning, your body has gone 8+ hours since eating or drinking anything. Your blood sugar levels are lower at this point, and your body doesn't have adequate fuel to workout optimally. Usually, experts recommend eating something--even if it's just a small snack--within 2 hours before working out. When your body doesn't have proper fuel in it, many problems can result, the lesser being that your workout performance suffers, and the greater being something like passing out during exercise.

However, every body is different. Some people can workout on an empty stomach with no problems, while others would end up very sick and feel the negative effects of it. When I workout in the morning, I always eat (and drink) something first thing after I wake up. Usually by the time I start my workout it doesn't hurt my stomach to exercise with a bit of food on it.

Also, I think there might have been a bit of confusion here about metabolic rates in the morning. Eating breakfast in the morning has a positive effect on your metabolism, but exercising on an empty stomach does not. Some people say that it will burn fat stores, but overall, the number of calories your burn during a workout (regardless of where they come from) is much more important. Plus, fat burns in the carbohydrate flame. This means that exercising without eating (such as after "fasting" during sleep) your body does not burn fat efficiently, or sometimes at all.

Oh, so natural, it goes straight to my heart

I sometimes can't resist from watching this teenage series, Naturally Sadie

Really, I can easily jatuh cinta with this kind of series. High school, even though might be a bit different from our environment, but the basic things are still the same. There are some 'popular' guys/girls, some freak, nerd, admiration, puppy love, the obstacles, the ups and downs and many more. Yea, high school can give us many experience, the one that we can never forget. Oh, some of us might have found their soulmate since high school. Cool, isn't it?

I love seeing how Sadie n Ben get along.Sgt padan and it's like they are perfect for each other, even though of course la langit tak selalu cerah kan. And of course akan ada yg irihati, cuba berusaha untuk menggagalkan hubungan mereka, but still, love will find it's way.
But I just love seeing how Ben is treating Sadie, hehe. Arghh, Ben is way too cool.
Always make me jatuh cinta

Ok, I couldn't find today's episode in youtube, but if you guys have no idea what is this series all about, you can take a look at this video :)

But whatever it is, or how bad your world can be, or how lonely you can feel right now, believe me, have some faith, there's a reason behind it. Just wait.. and pray..

1st entry

Assalamualaikum,

Dear diary,

I have a blog! Yeay. Suda lama menyimpan hasrat nk buat blog, and now, alhamdulillah :D

Reasons to have a blog:

1) sometimes I find myself creating stories in my head. Sometimes when I walk, I look around and begin to observe things around me. I need a place where I can transfer all thoughts in my head, so that I have enough space for new one..hehe got me?

2) Sharing is caring. Wanna share my thoughts and my daily life (good or bad). Life sometimes can be very stressed. This is just a place I can pour it all, hopefully

3) Friends. It's always great to have new friends everyday, right?

It's 10.39pm, and I'm sitting on the sofa, next to tv. Recently, I have some kind of addiction to this song - Munajat cinta. It keeps playing in my head. Argh!. But the lyric is very beautiful and simple. I always love Dewa 19. It really reminds of my old good days as a student in U*M. Just to name a few, Pupus, Mistikus cinta, Kosong, Risalah hati, Larut, Selimut hati are some of my favourite songs. The lyrics are fantastic, and they have deeper meaning, I could say.

Lyric of Munajat cinta

And the video clip, with Dani's son with cousin and Mulan's daughter, well kinda entertaining :D

Have a nice weekend
